Registrations

First registration will be, Thursday, 12^th June from 17h00 until 18h00 at Raceday/ Hollard Head Office, across the road from Maerua Mall.

Second registration will be Saturday morning, 14th June at the venue  from 07h15 until 07h45 for those who arranged with us via email.

The Vaalgras registration (Second Registration) is for entrants from outside Windhoek and not an official registration for all.

If you are from Windhoek, please collect your nr and goodie bag at the 1^st registration and not Saturday morning. You are welcome to send someone to collect on your behalf, this is just to avoid a bottle neck situation at Vaalgras before the race.

Permanent Tags

 All number boards will have a timing tag but we recommend you ride with your permanent tag as well.

If you ride with your personalized number board, ensure your permanent tag is on your bike, otherwise you will not get a result.

How to get to Vaalgras (Fritzposten Camping) race venue:

 Road to the venue is accessible for sedans.
Take the C26 off the western bypass up Kupferberg road (approx. 28 km).
After about 28 km you will reach the turnoff towards Namibgrens/ Solitaire on C26 .
At the junction do NOT turn left but continue straight.
The road becomes the D1982.
Continue straight on the D 1982 for 12 km.
You will be coming over a slight rise with a slight right turn. There is a gate on the left of the road and one on the right.
Take the gate on the right with the Hollard banner and follow the jeep tracks for 2.4 km until you find Fritzposten.

Parking

When you enter the camping site through the gate, park on the right hand side and not between the tents in the camping area.
